EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
1. SIZE EXCHANGE You may request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with tags intact.

Customers must upload clear photos of the product and tags while submitting the request.

All exchange requests are verified before processing.
Pickup & Shipping (Size Exchange)

Reverse Pickup: Available in most locations.

Self-Shipping: If reverse pickup is unavailable, self-shipping is allowed. Courier charges reimbursed up to ₹200 with valid proof.
Other Details (Size Exchange)

Exchanges are subject to size availability.

A ₹99 exchange handling fee per order applies and is collected at checkout.

The handling fee applies once per order. Partial exchanges are allowed for multi-item orders.

If the requested size is unavailable:

Prepaid Orders: Store credit equal to the product value only.

COD Orders: Store credit equal to the product value only.

Product Exchange Conditions

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

A ₹99 exchange handling fee per order applies.

Higher Value: If the new product is of higher value, the price difference must be paid at checkout.

Lower Value: If the new product is of lower value, the balance amount will be issued as store credit.

3. DAMAGED / WRONG PRODUCTS

After verification, we will provide a replacement or store credit, as per your preference.
